"Hi @eggo5 ,

The CPU led indicates either the cpu is not detected or has failed.

Did you try to reset the BIOS just in case it is a corrupted BIOS problem?

This is from the motherboard user manual:

Resetting BIOS to default values:

1. Power off the computer and unplug the power cord

2. Use a jumper cap to short JBAT1 for about 5-10 seconds.

3. Remove the jumper cap from JBAT1.

4. Plug the power cord and power on the computer.

If that doesn’t work perhaps you should check if the PSU is supplying the correct voltages to the motherboard.

To do this disconnect the AC power from the computer and then disconnect all the power cables from the PSU to the motherboard and associated hardware i.e. GPU card, HDD etc.

Next on the 24 pin power connector from the PSU short out pins 16 -17 using a bent paper clip (or similar- see image below, usually pin 16 is a green wire but it can vary).

Reconnect and switch on the AC power to the computer. The PSU should turn on (PSU fan should turn on) and you can now test the various voltages supplied by the PSU to the 24 pin connector (and the 8 pin connector) using a DMM’s voltmeter function.

The 12V supplies should be OK as you say that the fans are working, but check them all anyway..

Of more interest is the +3.3V and the +5V
