Horizontal lines are going across the entire screen

Horizontal lines are going across the entire screen All the motions and gestures work and swiping across the screen works. The screen looks fades and has like grey lines across the entire screen.

I have also the same problem, I thought it was temporal problem but now this has persisted for nearly a month
