How can I check the IC? / Wie kann ich den IC überprüfen?

How can I check the IC? / Wie kann ich den IC überprüfen? The circuit board has no visible damage. That’s why i think that the IC is not working. But how can i check it? It’s a JDM-055. Is it possible to replace it?
