How can I emulate middle click in Windows on a touchpad?

How can I emulate middle click in Windows on a touchpad? On my laptop, the touchpad drivers for it allowed me to emulate middle click by clicking both the left and right mouse buttons at the same time. I'd like to have the same feature on with my netbook's touchpad. How might I go about doing this?

I ain't sure if it's related to updated windows or different driver, but now I can choose middle click in Settings -> Devices -> Touch Pad -> Three-Finger Gesture -> Taps (or in four fingers tap)

on my old hp 650 laptop I can use ctr+shift + two fingers pinch (zoom) on the touchpad to emulate the middle mouse button or mouse roll. The fn-button guy gave me the idea.
