How do I convert an old all-in-one to a monitor?

How do I convert an old all-in-one to a monitor? I want to convert a fleet of old all-in-one computers to monitors. None have an input so I wonder if I could find a way to add an input port to these devices so that I can get them back into circulation as second monitors.

Todd hoffman those are all "Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO 510S-23ISU"? You will need to get the maker and numbers for the panels from the label on the back. Armed with that information you will need to try to find a LCD driver. REst of that is straight forward. Check on here Universal LCD driver Technique
