How do you erase the revision history of your MS Word (2007) document?

I have an MS Word file that I want to send to someone and I want to make sure they can't see the revision history. Is this hidden by default or is there something I can do to hide the revision history or delete it?

"There is a walkthrough for Word 2003 here.

And for Word 2007: ""How to quickly and easily remove meta data"""

You can use Trackument tool to save your document revisions externally. This way you don't have to worry about sending your document with revision history accidentally to someone.
