How to swap data (completely) between two OS X laptops

How to swap data (completely) between two OS X laptops I've got two laptops. One's a MacBook (White) and the other's a newer MacBook Pro. Both have 160gb Fujitsu drives, though I'm not sure if they're the same model. I'd actually like to swap the data on the drives of both computers (completely, including settings). How do I do this?
