I accidentally forgot my password and can't get into my Mi Pad.

I accidentally forgot my password and can't get into my Mi Pad. I forgot what my password was because I haven't been on it in about a week and a half and just got it. How am I supposed to get into my Mi Pad if I don't know what the password is because I don't remember it?
