I forgot my screen lock pattern and would like to know how to reset it

I forgot my screen lock pattern and would like to know how to reset it I replaced the screen on my voyager ii and havent used it in months. Thought maybe i could access it from my android phone but it cant find it. Ho can i reset the lock pattern

this solution will reset your device. Which is the only way to unlock it

Hi the only way to get past the lock screen is to reset the device back to factory in the recovery menu of the device. You should try to power it off then hold the down button and power button this should take you into recovery. From there you should scroll with the volume buttons and wipe/ factory data reset the device then reboot.

I still can't get the pattern lock off I've factory data reset the %#*@ thing and re booted t he system and its still locked does anyone have any suggestions please help
