I replaced the bazel under screenand now the screen is dark

I replaced the bazel under screenand now the screen is dark I was wondering if it’s possible to damage the cable for the screen as I saw a crack in cable right under the screen? The screen is black to though but the light can be put high

Not only possible, but very likely unless one has the right tools and quite a bit of experience in doing it. Retina’s flat cables are very easily damaged. You have probably damaged one EDP cable and that can’t be repaired, time for a new display.
