Is there a way to detach the joystick and only use the throttle?

Is there a way to detach the joystick and only use the throttle?

I recently bought a new joystick and throttle but I still want to use the T-Flight’s throttle since it has a detente at the center. Is there a way to dismantle the joystick and only use the throttle?
