Is there a way to reset the machine?

Is there a way to reset the machine? The power is on but when you go to start a wash cycle, it just has a whirring sound and doesn't do anything. Is there a reset button or something?

To reset it unplug it for 5 minutes. Do you get any error codes? Is it filling or doing anything else that you can tell me?
