Move application toolbar to gnome desktop toolbar, like OS X

Move application toolbar to gnome desktop toolbar, like OS X I just installed Xubuntu, which came with Gnome. Is it possible to move the application toolbar to the top of the Desktop, mimicking the behavior of Mac OS X?
