Move windows to the top of the screen in Windows 7

Move windows to the top of the screen in Windows 7 I have some windows that use up a bunch of horizontal space on my monitor. Prior to Windows 7, I could drag the window to the very top so that there would be only a sliver of the title bar remaining.

"Maybe a workaround (can't test it as I'm not on Windows 7 at this time):

click on the system menu in the upper left corner of the window
select ""move""
now use the up arrow (on the keyboard) to move the window until the title bar is above the visual part of the screen
press enter to stop moving"
