My camera is not turning on.

My camera is not turning on. Hey I just got this Sony Cyber-shot and it's not turning on for some odd reason. Is there a reason why?

"Hi Johnathan, try to recharge your camera battery, that might do the trick! You can also try to clean the inside of the battery slot with a Q-tip if it still not working.
