My PC doesn't display the bios screen and boots straight into Windows

My PC will not boot into BIOS at all. I did a CMOS reset. I went to Advanced Settings to UEFI. I have tried everything. Tried booting without HDD’s, nothing. I don’t know if its a CPU issue or a Motherboard issue or even a Monitor issue. I cant get into my BIOS at all. I personally don't think my PC is skipping the BIOS but it's just not coming up on my display because as soon as I boot I see a brief “input not supported” message appear on my monitor it then goes away and I boot into windows like normal. I am running onboard graphics for now and I have seen people suggest that could be the problem but have found no fix can someone please help me.

"I can’t really help too much without being there in person but there are some things you can try:

Try using a different keyboard or mouse to enter the BIOS.Make sure you are pressing the correct key to enter into the BIOS.Check the Manuel, if you don’t have it; most manufacturers’ websites will have the manual.Try another monitor; maybe that will help.If all else fails. Contact your manufacturers’ support center.

I’m afraid all I can offer is those tips."
