My pc is turning on only by giving it some heat by dryer

HI, i am using this hp pc with amd a4 for around 2 years never had a problem until this week yellow light became red and it blinks 4 times also the pc beeps 4 times tried everything noting works i asked about this problems in some fb groups someone told me to heat the board with a blow dryer i did and it worked but i have to do every single time is there a permanent solution for this or not kindly let me know
