My phone is not charging and is stuck on 1%

"The most likely culprit is the battery. There are many cheap and poor quality batteries on the market. I would certainly try a new one or preferably, a known-good battery.

Or could possibly need a new usb cable

So when i charge my phone its just staying at 80% idk if its just my phone or its the battery it was going up to 100% till yesterday.

Ny phone has a new battery, bought it at Walmart store. It hasn't even been a day long and my phone only charges 1% ,what's wrong whith is phones.
