online password manager with sharing capabilities [closed] "We are a small dev team and we are looking into a service that would allow us to share passwords between us and also have some other personal passwords store as well. Also it would be nice if it had a desktop client, preferably for both Windows and Linux."

I recommend Clipperz. Which supports password encryption, host-proof hosting, bookmarklets, and password sharing. It has also a community edition which is open source.
