People on the other line can't hear me when on speakerphone?

People on the other line can't hear me when on speakerphone? Everything is fine when the phone is on my ear. But when I turn on speakerphone, person I'm talking to can't hear me. Help!

I have the same exact problem! I just recorded my son's first choir performance & can only hear the faint clapping at the end. When they replace mic can I hear the whole thing or is it ruined?!!

This was extremely helpful!! I cleaned out the tiny pinhole with bristles from a toothbrush & it worked!! My speaker phone is back to 100%.. Thank you!!!
