Bought my tablet from John Lewis and returned it to them with this problem. They sent it back to Lenovo for repair under the guarantee but they said it was down to mis-use and wanted about £80 to repair it, at that price I may as well buy another cheap tablet and take my chances. (J lewis do give you a 2 year guarantee but didn`t offer me any assistance, tablet was just over 1year old)
