What can I do to stop my vacuum from turning off every 10 seconds?

What can I do to stop my vacuum from turning off every 10 seconds? The vacuum worked fine the first few times I used it, but it now turns off every couple seconds even when the battery level says it has charge.

I think it’s the switch. Mine is having the same problem, but the batteries are fine. When I took apart and engaged the switch manually, it worked with no problems.

I replaced the batteries but it didn't help it still slowed down and stopped in about 20-30 seconds. I'll update this post if I find a fix.
