"There are 3 types of iPhone 4S manufacture configs.

GU_US, GSM/UMTS USA/Asia variant

GUC_US, GSM/UMTS/CDMA variant

They are completely identical in hardware, but the GUC ones are provisioned with CDMA baseband data, that's the only way to use CDMA.

The third one is GU_EU, most parts are identical, with slightly different top antenna to pass European RF regulations"

LCD/Digitizer are identical and so are all of the other parts. The only exception, of course, is the logic board.

What about the Bezel. It is not the same but are the screws for the lcd/digitizer in the same spots. Do you have to keep a stock of CDMA and GSM? Are they different. I know the battery, vibrator, cameras, loudspeaker module, charging port, home button and home button flex, are the same.
