What to do with the unresponsive screen after recent android update?

I have the same issue. I sent it in for repair and 2 weeks later I get it back not fixed. I called (3times it took because of the phone system) and was told only the US watches get repaired. Mine was from Korea so they won't fix it. Even though its an lg watch.

Not sure if I have the same problem, but sometimes my lg g watch r freezes and the screen is unresponsive, yet the hands are still moving. I am able to get Google assistant up by holding the side button but that is it. I get it working again by leaving it for a while and restarting by holding the side button for 8 seconds, but, then again, it may be a different problem. I'm pretty sure this happens because the processor gets overloaded as it is an older watch.

That is easy what you do is you hold the power button in the volume down button at the same time for about 8 Seconds that will end that freeze screen that it's stuck on hope this helps
