when I make an international call the person cant hear me

when I make an international call the person cant hear me

I recently purchased a Uniden XDECT SSE45 SERIES portable phone to replace the old Uniden. I am connected to the router in my house as I am on the NBN broad band system. Everything worked well for a week then when I make an international call to certain countries the person on the receiving line can’t hear me but I can hear them perfectly. What do I need to do

Is it on all international calls or as you say, only on calls to “certain” countries?

If you can be heard OK every time by the person at the other end, when on local and national calls but not on international calls, there is nothing wrong with your phone or your connection with your ISP.

Contact your ISP and tell them of your problem. It may be that there is a problem at their end, between them and whoever they connect to, to route your call to those “certain” countries."
