Why are the dots blinking on camera after taking a picture?

Why are the dots blinking on camera after taking a picture?

Turns on fine with green light and after I take a picture , the 3 dots start blinking and the photo doesnt come out , I have to turn it off and on again for the picture to come out. PLEASE HELP.
