Why are there red dots on my screen?

Why are there red dots on my screen? I am starting to see red dots on my screen, how do I fix this?

@c_kirksey if those red dots also show up on your picture then it is most likely the CCD sensor. If those are only on your LCD, then the LCD is most likely starting to fail.
