Why can't people hear me when I make a call?

Why can't people hear me when I make a call? Whenever a call is connected on my device, the other person in the conversation either has difficulty hearing what I say, or my end of the conversation is full of static. I have updated the firmware, but the problem persists.

if i make a call then other person revived the call the he can't hear.... we are just hear beeping sound... i don't know what is the problem.... pleas help me
