Why does the !!%@ site open in my browser on pc?

Why does the !!%@ site open in my browser on pc? Every time I open the google chrome at PC ,there will be appear !!%@ sites ,I tried by cleaning my browser history from begining of time,but it still appear these sites,I dont know what to do because I use google chrome because is too useful ,please can you help me?
