Why is my computer so slow?

Why is my computer so slow? Okay so I reset the computer to factory reset and everything and I installed windows 10 but sometimes or most of the times its slow like slow. Is there anything i can do about it?

I think you need to optimize Windows computer. Some programs in the background may cost ram, and the junk files also will make your computer run slowly.
