Why is my screen only showing the bottom 1/2 of the numbers.

Why is my screen only showing the bottom 1/2 of the numbers.

I just replaced the battery on my Apple Watch series 1 and it fully charged, but now the top of the display is missing. I can not see anything on the top 1/2 of the LCD screen. The numbers are cut in half! Is this fixable?
