Why my computer when start has many tat tat sounds and not working is

I think it might be the hard drive might be having a Read and write head crash problem

No not solved, the mouse arrow not moving got stuck...so I pressed the power off button half way wait for half miniute ,PC start shutdown, when re-start computer not working asking to press F1 key etc,later PC still cannot boot up and I again press power key half way for a while PC shutdown ,later I again pressed the power start button , this "Tat tat" sounds came out ....any guru can give idea how to repair it...?
