Why my smartwatch is turning off when I use it, even with charged batt

Why my smartwatch is turning off when I use it, even with charged batt My moto 360 shuts off when I use it for a few moments, even with full battery. It only turns on again when I put it in it's charger again. What's the problem? How can I fix this?

The battery in the watch is failing to hold its' charge.

It needs to be replaced. Even rechargeable batteries have a life span.
