Why will my printer not go off paper jam?

Why will my printer not go off paper jam? Is says there's a paper jam to take off rear and front panel. I've done both those no paper anywhere. Still says that.

Hi Dawn, it may be occur due dust and movement of carriage, so, first you clean all printer hardware parts smoothly and again check print spooler for any stuck paper. After all these reloading and testing of printer for restart.
