Why won't my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 turn on?

Why won't my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 turn on?

I was in the middle of checking Facebook when my tablet randomly turned off despite being fully charged. I left it charging for more than 3 days and still nothing. I tried holding down the buttons and even connecting it to the computer to see if my computer would recognize my tablet, but still nothing. Can anyone give me some tips on what to do?

Hold the power button and volume up button for thirty seconds while plugged into a computer.

"My problem was that I could not turn on my Samsung device no matter what I tried. After few hours of trying, I found something that might help you. I connected my device to the charger and waited a few minutes. Then I pushed volume+ and the power button. The screen turned on, and it started charging in the Samsung ""charging screen.""

This problem is very common on Samsung devices. You can prevent this by regularly charging your device. DO NOT LET IT TURN OFF BY ITSELF. Factory reset your device every 3-6 months.

edit: sometimes your device might think that it is charged when it is really not, so i recommend ether doing the factory reset or getting an app that cleans and refreshes your device."

"1 unplug the charger.

2. press and hold the power button and volume up button for 35sec.

3. put the charger fast in the port and press and hold the power button and volume up button for 35sec again.

4. leave it to charge. amazing!!!!!.it work whiles charging.

note: please don't let it go off by itself...charge regular

Happened to me too with about 60% battery. Pinterest locked up and all of a sudden it was the black screen of death! Nothing from it until I plugged it into my PC and then just a battery flash. Took at least 5 minutes for it to respond with a Samsung flash. I kept trying the power button and the up volume and it finally booted up!
