xcode - Files in the Source control -

I am working on the cross-platform project. In the OSX I am using Xcode for the development and I'm using GitHub for source control.
My question is:
There is a file called dbhandler.xcodeproj/xcuserdata/igorkorot.xcuserdatad/xcschemes/dbhandler.xcscheme. Should this file be in the source control (GitHub) or it should be excluded?
My understanding is that this file contains the layout of the Xcode (which files are opened, their positions on screen, etc).
Am I right?
