Can an under counter GE dishwasher be put into a GE portable cabinet?

Can an under counter GE dishwasher be put into a GE portable cabinet?

I have a portable 24" GE dishwasher that has died. The price of the new portables are ridiculous, but a new under counter (model GSD2100VWW) is fairly cheap!
