Display Colors Changed Suddenly To Weird Tone

same happened to my MBP Touch Bar 2 port 2019, so annoying n my local Mac repair shop told me to send it to Apple Malaysia n normally they’ll change for the lcd around $400-500, wth.. any way that we could raise this issue to be addressed by Apple? or do we need to file some petitions over this silly issue or something?
