Generally, at the beginning of making compound fertilizer, still need fermentation .however, choose fermentation or not, it depend on customer's demand and raw material condition. For example, we have a complete compound fertilizer pellet production line capacity: 5ton per hour in China, customer did not choose fermentation, they thought that if fermentation for too long time, it will effect on the production period. So we only chose grinding, mixing, drying, then pelletizing (customer raw material: corn stalk, chicken manure ,moisture 40%).
