How can I do a hard reset without the password?(Read description)

How can I do a hard reset without the password?(Read description) I got a new phone (galaxy a5 2017) a while ago. I Changed the password a few times. I always used my fingerprint to unlock my phone. Now I powered my phone off and then I noticed, that I forgot my password and I already tried to hard reset it but it asks me for my password if I try powering it off. PLEASE HELP
