How can I fix the play button to play the photos on camera?

How can I fix the play button to play the photos on camera?

The play button that allows you to look at the photos taken on the camera isn't responding. It isn't stuck. When connected to a computer or laptop, I'm able to look at the pictures. However, on the camera, it won't do so. Any advice?
