How do I fix the sound on my phone?

How do I fix the sound on my phone? The media and all the ringers are all not working even though it says it isn't on silent. When I plug in the headphones, then it works and its the only way I can watch videos.

it seems to be your main speaker (Ringer) faulty. you may have to replace it
