How do you disassemble the powerhead to replace the drive belt?

How do you disassemble the powerhead to replace the drive belt? On my Dyson DC19 Allergy, the drive belt in the power head has snapped. I can disassemble to a point, but cannot fully disassemble it to replace the drive belt.
