How to fix lens that doesn't close all the way?

How to fix lens that doesn't close all the way?

Whenever I turn the camera off and the lens retracts, it makes a noise like the lens gets stuck at the end and won’t retract all the way. I have to push the rest of the lens in so it lays flat. This causes the lens cover to not open/close properly. Any solutions?
