How to replace the lcd and screen of a zenphone 6?

My 2nd phone, which is the zenphone 6, fell down on the street, and now the glass is broken and the LCD is too. How can I replace those? I am asking here, because I haven't found a guide anywhere.

Hi,my Zenphone 6 is giving me problems.Firstly the apps start to hang and some of my apps can't open especially Facebook.Then I need to off it and on it again but the problem is still there.What am I suppose to do?
