Is it possible to replace certain parts of the lens?

Is it possible to replace certain parts of the lens?

When my camera restarted it was kept face down and as the lens opened up it slid and fell down with the open lens facing down.The lens thus stopped working and part of the lens was damaged.Is it possible to replace only the damaged parts.
