kudk03ctss0 will not stop washing.

kudk03ctss0 will not stop washing. the dishwasher will stay on wash cycle but never finish. it has been on wash cycle for 3+ hours and never advances to rinse. if i put on rinse only, the cycle completes and cuts off.
