looking for broken part on my shark

I have a shark pro navigator NV355. The housing that holds the bottom end of the hose to the machine is broke. A clip on one side broke and the hose will not stay in the housing while using the machine so it loses suction. Can that housing piece be replaced? I’ve searched online for the part and I see it in diagrams, but never a name for it or a part # for it. Janet J.
