My break lights wont turn off

My break lights wont turn off my break lights wont turn off even when the car is completely off.. Ive tried unplugging battery and that didnt do anything. please help!

"chelsea, check your brake light switch. It is possible that it either stuck or that it needs to be replaced.

No. 5 is the stop light switch (brake light switch)

Here it is on the pedal assembly

I have an audi 2005 and breck light on left side in rear and in window come on and stay on at night when car is parked and off till i drive it during day and as soon asi park at night again they come on and stay on. What could fix this. Had to audi dealer and they cant figure it out. Well it washappenning first on right side he said fixed. Brought home thst night staryed again but on left side. Even got nrw battery. Please someone tell me maybe what to do or have done ???
