My calculator turns on but freezes immediately. Help?

My calculator turns on but freezes immediately. Help?

So I know my calculator turns on properly by the initial text box, then it has the black bar that should blink, but once I press a button it freezes. Nothing gets it to unfreeze aside from removing the batteries (which aren’t the problem since I’ve tried new ones). Thanks in advance.
